No. Each individual may hold only one account on TK 11. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts and balances may be forfeited and future registration may be permanently banned.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process. Upload a photo of your National ID or passport. KYC is mandatory before large withdrawals (৳50,000+). Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

The following deposit methods are available on TK 11: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay (mobile banking); Dutch Bangla, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank (Bank Transfer); Visa, Mastercard (card); and USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum (Crypto). Deposits via bKash and Nagad start from as low as ৳100.

For bKash and Nagad, typically 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers take 1–6 hours. Crypto withdrawals take 15–45 minutes. Requests submitted between midnight and 6 AM may experience a slight delay. Large withdrawals without KYC verification may also take longer.

No, not directly. You must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawing from your bonus balance — for example, 10x wagering for the welcome bonus. Once the conditions are met, the bonus is transferred to your main balance and can be withdrawn.

TK 11 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own charges — this is outside TK 11's control. Network fees (gas fees) apply to crypto transfers.

A 100% bonus is automatically credited on your first deposit after registration — up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement is 10x. Bonus balance expires if not used within 30 days.

Wagering means you must bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before it can be withdrawn. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10x = ৳10,000 in bets required. Once completed, the bonus is transferred to your main balance and can be withdrawn.

Up to 15% of your total daily net loss (deposits minus winnings) is automatically credited as cashback the following morning. You must have a minimum net loss of ৳500 to qualify. No wagering requirement applies to cashback.

TK 11 uses decimal odds. Odds × Stake = Total Return. For example: ৳100 × 2.5 odds = ৳250 (profit of ৳150). Odds of 1.9 indicate a roughly 50-50 match. Higher odds mean a lower chance of winning but a bigger payout if you do.

Live betting lets you place bets while a match is in progress. Odds update every ball or moment. Go to Sports → Live to see all ongoing matches. A minimum balance is required to access live streaming.

The odds are multiplied together, so potential returns are much higher — but if even one selection loses, the entire bet is lost. In handicap betting, the weaker team is given a virtual advantage. For example, "Bangladesh +3.5 runs" means your bet wins even if Bangladesh loses by 3 runs or fewer. This creates a more balanced betting opportunity between the two sides.

If a match is abandoned, all bets are generally voided and the full stake is refunded. If a result is declared via the DLS method, that result stands as final. If the required number of overs is not completed, the match may be ruled invalid — in which case your stake will also be refunded.
